Main class:

Time: Wednesday 7:30pm-9.00pm followed by half an hour practica

Venue:Week 2 Capital Studio

Reinvetion Centre, Westwood (located in the Westwood cafe building), or the Capital Studio (located in Millburn House). Check your weekly email to make sure!

Cost: £2 for members, £4 for non-members.

Beginners/Technique class:

Time: Thursday 7pm-8pm followed by a half hour practica

Venue: Reinvetion Centre, Westwood (located in the Westwood cafe building)

Cost: First class is FREE, the following sessions are £1 for members, £2 for non-members.

Classes are student taught and are tailored to try and suit everyone that attends. Complete beginners are welcome and encouraged to come along at any point throughout the year! Our aim will be to get the basics well grounded so that you can join into the main classes as soon as possible! But also, if you have danced for a while or just want to tighten up whatever you have learnt so far then you will be able to. These classes were introduced last year and were very well recieved so please come along and give it a try!!

 

 

Socials:

We try to hold some sort of a social every week, this will be anything from a relaxed drink and some food at Varsity, a visit to Pop, Top-B on Fridays, or last but not least, Millongas! These are social dances with homemade snacks, drinks, great music and as much (or as little) Tangoing as you can cope with!! They are ridiculously good fun and you don’t need anything more than the basics to enjoy it!
