Hundreds of you emailed in details of your experiences with being refused fares in local taxis during our recent survey - many thanks to all of you who took the time to do this! We've since been out spreading the word on our findings, which revealed some highly concerning statistics regarding local practices. 

In the last couple of weeks, Sabbatical Officers Rob Ankcorn and Cat Turhan have met with local MP Chris White in Leamington -



- while Rob and Isaac Leigh met with Coventry MP Jim Cunningham to discuss the problem:

Once again, this is a great example of our collective voice in action - having also met with local taxi firms to discuss the issues in more detail, hopefully we will begin to see some changes in this area in the near-future!
