We are aware that the Vice-Chancellor was recorded referring to students as 'yobs' at the end of the Summit on Protest last Thursday. Whilst it was a tense and adversarial situation, referring to students this way is clearly inappropriate and represents a dismissive attitude to legitimate concerns.
