Salary

The salary is pro rata of £18,661 to £21,520 per annum

Hours

Approximately 29 hours per week. (1313.6 annualised hours per annum) subject to a 16 week probationary period. Some weekend and evening working may be required from time to time for special events. Time off in lieu will be granted.

Details

Warwick SU is looking for a key addition to its staff team following an exciting review of its membership services portfolio. You will be responsible for a specific group of student societies working in partnership with the existing Societies Coordinators.

You will provide advice and guidance for student led groups, particularly in relation to event planning, health and safety, managing finances and legal and compliance. You will develop expertise relating to your portfolio of societies ensuring involvement is maximised and risks are limited.

You will be responsible for keeping the student activities sections of the website up to date and use your knowledge of technology to communicate effectively with our members.

In order to succeed, you must be an effective written and verbal communicator with strong customer service skills. You must also possess excellent planning and organisational skills.  You will be highly PC literate and able to use data to make improvements to services.

Experience of working with volunteers is highly desirable.
