Rate
£7.20 per hour with a 10 week probationary period.
Hours
Approximately 10 hours per week. You will work on average 2 hours per day Monday to Friday, either between 12pm to 2pm or 3pm to 5pm. Please indicate which of these shifts you would be available for on your application form.
Interview
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 18th May 2016 (pm)
Details
You will assist the Societies Coordinators in delivering a high standard of service to the membership and, in particular, users of the Resources room, users of student development provision and members of Clubs and Societies.
You will respond to routine enquiries and be responsible for ensuring sufficient forms and information leaflets are available in the appropriate areas and administering the departmental filing system.
In order to succeed, you must possess strong administrative skills and expertise. You must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to work as part of a team. Experience of working with students will be an advantage.
