We are looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious individual, experienced in a formal advice work setting with a proven track record in casework resolution. In addition to general advice work, experience of any of the above specialist areas is desirable, but not essential, as training will be given; it is crucial that you have an enthusiasm for, and commitment to, supporting students in Higher Education.
