Rate
£6.90 per hour with a 10 week probationary period.
Hours
12 hours per week, working Monday to Friday/and occasional weekends. This contract will be to work for 20 weeks, working two ten week terms (1&2) & possibly additional hours in term 3. Hours and weeks to be agreed upon appointment.

Contract: From October 2015 to March 2016. There may be a need for some additional hours to be worked in Term 3, but this will be agreed in advance and is not guaranteed.

RAG are a student society designed to encourage, enable and celebrate fundraising within the student body at Warwick University. RAG fundraise for charities chosen by their executive committee and members, and facilitate societies and clubs’ fundraising for their own causes.
Warwick SU are looking for a Raising and Giving Fundrasing Coordinator to provide administrative support to RAG and to support societies and sports clubs who wish to fundraise.
You will be required to monitor charity bucket collections and ensure all funds are counted accurately in conjunction with the Finance department. You will be responsible for ensuring individual and collective RAG fundraising totals are updated regularly. You will support the committee to plan and deliver the calendar events for RAG and will attend regular meetings as and when necessary.
Our ideal candidate would need to have good planning and organisational skills, and an eye for detail. You will have demonstrable skills in verbal and written communication and you will need to be competent with Microsoft Office and IT more generally, and you would have an understanding of the interests and needs of students at Warwick.
