£24,677 to £29,434 per annum (dependent upon skills and experience)

Delivering up to the minute news and information it is viewed by over 5 million people each year!

Now Warwick SU requires a full time professional Web Developer / Designer to continue to develop and design the Students’ Union’s main website making it even bigger and better.  The role will include developing styling, features, improving navigation / function, uploading content and ensuring the site is accurate and up to date at all times. 

As part of a dynamic and driven Marketing Department you must be able to work under pressure and as part of a committed team. This role requires excellent communication skills with internal / external clients, strong written communication skills, and good planning and organisation skills.  You will work to tight deadlines ensuring the website and its sub sites meet expectations, Union values and brand guidelines and all basic accessibility requirements. You will be an accomplished Web Developer / Designer with experience in front end web design and development specifically HTML, CSS and Javascript.  In addition you will have knowledge of cross browser compatibility, accessibility and mobile accessibility/responsive design.
