Salary
18,476 - £21,307 pro rata per annum plus excellent holiday and benefits. This is Fixed Term Contract for 12 months - 90% of full-time hours
Hours
1477 hours to be worked per annum with more hours worked during term-time and less during the vacation periods.You must be able to work a variety of shifts between 10am to 2am, five days out of seven.

You must be able to work a variety of shifts between 10am to 2am, five days out of seven
You will be expected to work 3 or 4 evenings and 1 or 2 dayshifts with more hours worked during term-time.
This role will be to supervise a successful team in the designated outlet, working closely with the Outlet Managers and Chefs to provide a high standard of service in all areas of the outlet.
You should be highly organised, have experience of managing a high volume Food and Beverage operation as well as experience of leading and motivating a team. You should be flexible in your working hours, have strong interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team.
You should have basic food hygiene knowledge, knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing Laws. You should have experience of stock management and cash handling and have the ability to use initiative and make decisions.
