Hours

Average of 36.5 hours per week. A variety of shifts will be worked throughout the week to meet the demand of the business. Some weeks, during the academic term, may require additional hours although this will be balanced out in vacation period.

REFRESH CATERING SUPERVISOR

FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 2 YEARS

Salary: £18,114 - £20,889 per annum plus excellent holiday and benefits

 

Average of 36.5 hours per week. 

You will be able to work a variety of shifts throughout the week to meet the demand of the business. Some weeks, during the academic term, may require additional hours although this will be balanced during the vacation period.

 

This role will be to supervise a successful team in the preparation and delivery of delivered catering across campus and surrounding areas. You will be working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef and the support team to provide a high standard of service in all areas.

 

You should be highly organised, have experience of food preparation and food service as well as experience of leading and motivating a team. You should be flexible in your working hours, have strong interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team.

 

You should have basic food hygiene knowledge, knowledge of Health and Safety, and Licensing Laws.  You must be over 21 and under 70 and have a Full UK Driving licence for at least 2 years for insurance purposes.  You should have experience of stock management and food handling and have the ability to use initiative and make decisions.
