Salary

Starting Salary is £17,757 - £20,477 per annum.

Hours

A minimum of 36.5 hours per week. You must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends between 10am and 2am.

Interview

The Dirty Duck is a modern twist on the traditional pub, serving real value-for-money food and a variety of real ales, wines, premium beers and spirits.

This role will be to supervise a successful team in the designated outlet, working closely with the Outlet Managers and Chefs to provide a high standard of service in all areas of the outlet.

You should be highly organised, have experience of managing a high volume Food and Beverage operation as well as experience of leading and motivating a team. You should be flexible in your working hours, have strong interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team.

You should have basic food hygiene knowledge, knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.  You should have experience of stock management and cash handling and have the ability to use initiative and make decisions.
