You will need to pick up a physical ticket from reception in order to gain access to the coaches and Final Fling site. These will be available for collection at S.U. Reception from Tuesday 12th May (Week3).

Seating plans for tables will go online at 9am on the 11th May. You will need your physical ticket to submit your seating plan, as you will need to enter the ticket number.

Please note that the deadline for seating plans will be 23:00 on 9th June. This will be strictly adhered to, with no exceptions – if you haven’t submitted your plans by this date you will be assigned a random seat on the night!

Step 1 : Create your table name and click submit. Once you have registered your table, there is no further submit button.

Step 2 : Add people to your table by entering the EXACT ticket number as printed on your physical ticket.
