Student Run Self Help (SRSH) Support Group

Student Run Self Help (SRSH) is a charity dedicated to raising awareness of eating disorders in young people and provides support in the form of talk groups run by fellow students, a programme which has seen great success and popularity in several universities across the country. The talk groups are not seen as an alternative to formal treatment, but as an additional format for students suffering or recovering from eating disorders to speak what's on their mind and provide support for each other. Everything discussed in the group sessions remains confidential and the student group facilitators are purely there to guide the conversation and ensure everyone is comfortable with the group environment.

These talk sessions take place from 6:30-8pm in Meeting Room 6 in the Student Union HQ.
