The Copper Rooms

More Events

On Thursday Week 10, The Copper Rooms are the place to be as we open the doors for Club Cardio, the workout party that combines expertly-mixed cardio exercises with entertaining dance moves. The result is a non-stop, 60-minutes total body workout that is both effective and entertaining. Coming to Warwick Uni for the very first time, Club Cardio promises to become the hottest workout on campus!

Fun and easy-to-follow moves, a soul-train line, moments of “free dance” and a motivating cardio instructor will engage the crowd and lead the way to a new form of exercise experience! No dancing knowledge or coordination is required and you’ll have a laugh! Fun cardio moves will be fusing with bang-up-to-date music mixed live by a DJ, so that you can shake your way to a perfect body! So why not give it a go?

Doors open at 7pm so you have the chance to hang out and mingle over refreshments. Class starts at 7:30pm. Come dressed in your workout clothes or just anything you can sweat in! Plan on having a great hour of booty-shakin’ and calorie-burnin’ and bring a change of clothes if you’d like, as the party doesn’t stop here - feel free to stay at the after-party for socializing and a whole bunch of fun, as DJ Julian will be mixing the hottest tracks to keep the excitement levels up!

Ready to get the groove on? Grab your trainers and come sweat to the beat of Club Cardio!

See you there, fitness-clubbers!
