Warwick Law Society Ball 2012

Warwick Law Society is extremely proud to present the LAW BALL 2012! Check your diaries for Saturday 25th February, and if there is anything in there already then scribble it out as this promises to be the event of the year. The ICE BALL is guaranteed to be a sleek affair and the decorations will blow you away, we could go on to tell you about how ‘cool’ they would look or what a ‘chilled’ evening it would be but we’ll try and stay away from those horrible puns. Masses of effort have gone into making sure that this is not only the best law ball yet but also the best ball that Warwick University has seen. It will be a classy affair as you can mingle with representatives from law firms from some of the BIGGEST FIRMS. But don’t think that means it’s not a time to have a drink or two. There will be THREE BOTTLES OF WINE waiting on your table to enjoy with your dinner and the vodka will be flowing... literally, from the VODKA LUGE; with vodka provided. This won’t be the only thing flowing as there will be a CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN for those of you with a sweet tooth, as well as a SWEET STAND if you still have room! There will be entertainment provided with a LIVE BAND on entry and we have got everything covered having arranged transport which is included with the ticket. There will be a PHOTOGRAPHER to take pictures of everyone looking their best to show their parents of the suave law-based events that you attend at university... better to have these taken before you start on the vodka luge! So if you are a law soc member, dip into your perfectly untouched student loan at the start of term 2 for £45. And for all your friends who have for some reason not joined the law society, bring them along too as no one will receive a ‘frosty’ reception (couldn’t resist that one), the price for non-members is £50.
