James Bellamy harks back to that old era of performers that can sing, dance and act with consummate ease and real flair.
His amazing talents were witnessed on the now phenomenal X Factor Show (2005). His style, charisma and note perfect voice saw James garner great public affection and reach the last four in the competition. It was only his tender years (seventeen at the time) that stopped his journey to the winner of the X FactorDespite the initial setback, James (now twenty-one) has shown true fortitude that
has seen his star rise higher than the win of X Factor could achieve. From theatre, film and television James has blessed some of the biggest visual experiences; theatre he played in Dancing in the Streets (2007) as the legend that is Stevie Wonder and the critically acclaimed Five Guys Names Moe (2007), in film he starred in the global behemoth that was Harry Potter 3, while in TV he has appeared on the long standing programmes, Casualty and The Bill.
In 2010 James has now set his sights on bringing his immense vocal ability to a wider audience. With his confident, warm, yet intensely professional attitude that enables him to bless whatever is asked of him with a hundred percent commitment; James is ready to step out as a solo artist.
Under the supportive eyes of Gess Productions James will be bringing an as yet untitled EP that promises a “RnB fusion of sounds” from ballads to House influenced tracks. Having been pencilled in to perform with Omarion last year, James is bristling with energy for the future. With plans in the pipeline to support acts such as Rihanna, Boyz II Men and JLS, this will be a phenomenal year of promotion to
bring his distinctive vocal talent to the UK and ultimately the world.
