Why again?

The Union's Memorandum & Articles of Association (our Governing Document) stipulates that 'if a quorum is not present within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting, the meeting shall stand adjourned to the same day in the next week...if at the adjourned meeting a quorum is not present within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting those present and entitled to vote shall be a quorum'. This is a requirement of Company/Charity law.

Can't make it on the 6th?

For General Meetings you are able to send a representative to vote on your behalf (a proxy). You have to register this in advance but the option is available to all full members of Warwick SU.

Proxies must be registered by Midday on Friday 3rd January.
