Reception Services
Welcome to Union reception, your first point of call for many Union enquiries, including (but not limited to):
Box Office
Reception offers a box office facility for Union run events. You can buy tickets for events using card or cash, or ask any questions you might have about the events.
Lockers
Reception offers lockers for hire on a daily, weekly, termly and annual basis at reasonable rates. The ideal solution to having to lug your bags and books around campus.
Lost Property
Any lost property we find in the Union can be collected from Reception during our opening hours.
University Cards are kept for one week before being returned to University House. Clothing is kept for 2 weeks. Any valuables are kept until the end of the academic year.
We will make every attempt to contact you if an item of lost property is handed in. This is obviously a lot easier if it has your name on it!
If you have lost something and think it might be handed in to reception, you can email us or fill in a lost property form and we will let you know if anything arrives.
