Counselling and other sources of help

If you have a personal, emotional or psychological problem and do not know where to go, the University Counselling Service is a good place to start and provides free confidential help. To make an appointment to see a counsellor contact the service at:

During the night, from 9 pm until 9 am in term time you can speak to Nightline, a listening service run by students. Drop in to Nightline House (between old and new Rootes) or telephone 024 7641 7668, internal 22199
