Personal Safety
On Campus
Students who live on campus and have concerns about their personal safety should contact the University’s Security Office in the first instance. They are based at the Gatehouse and their contact telephone numbers are:

Campus Police Officer
The University has its own campus police officer, Mick Parkes. You can contact him if you need to report an incident or for any advice on issues regarding personal safety. He can be contacted by email at m.parks@warwick.ac.uk, and more information can be found on the University Website.
Off Campus
Students living in Coventry area should contact the local police. Please see their website which provides information on how to contact them.
If you live in Leamington or in Kenilworth, please see the Warwickshire Police website which provides information on how to contact them. Warwickshire Police also operate Safer Neighbourhood Teams with teams covering North, South and Central Leamington Spa and Kennilworth. You can find out more about your local team on their website.
International Students
The British Council has produced a booklet called "Safety First – A personal safety guide for international students". This guide contains really useful information about travelling and living safely in the UK.
