Problems with Goods and Services

You are protected by consumer law when you buy goods or services. The law says that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If not, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. A service must be provided with reasonable care and skill, at a reasonable cost and within a reasonable time.
