Welcome to Union reception, your first point of call for many Union enquiries, including (but not limited to):

Lockers

Reception offers lockers for hire on a daily, weekly, termly and annual basis at reasonable rates. The ideal solution to having to lug your bags and books around campus.

Meeting Room Booking

The Union has five meeting rooms in Union North, available for hire between 9:00am and 11:00pm. All rooms have disabled access.

Single Rooms have a maximum capacity of 30 people and double Rooms have a maximum capacity of 60 people depending on required furniture and layout.

All meeting rooms and equipment are free of charge to Union-recognised societies and clubs. To make a booking visit reception with your finance card, or email pthomas@sunion.warwick.ac.uk
