The Students’ Union‘s Human Resources team are responsible for supporting, developing and facilitating all staff, including officers and volunteers to achieve the aims of the Students’ Union.

We employ 110 permanent members of staff in a variety of professional roles as well as up to 250 term time only staff working in Xanana’s, in marketing, in Bars, in Reception, as DJ’s, stewarding staff and in Democratic Services to name but a few. We run courses on topics varying from Managing Staff Performance to Providing Great Customer Care, Health and Safety to Disability Awareness.
